Welcome to the Berwick Flames Summer Season Expression of Interest Form!
Thank you for your interest in joining our club for the upcoming summer season, running from October 2026 and runs through until March 2027. Please fill out your details below. As we approach the summer season and begin allocating teams, we will be in contact with you to inform you about available spaces within our teams.

We look forward to welcoming you and your child to the Berwick Flames family!

Our U8s to U16s games are played on Saturdays at Casey Stadium, Kambrya College, Berwick College, Timbarra Stadium and Hillcrest Christian College, Cranbourne Secondary College and Olive Rd Sporting Complex in Doveton, Wulerrp Secondary College and Hampton Park Secondary College.

Games can start as early as 8:30 am for the U8's and can run through until 8:00 pm for the U16s.
U18/U19s are played on Sunday afternoon/evenings at Casey Stadium.

    Training sessions:
Tuesday nights at Timbarra Stadium, Parkhill Drive Berwick.
Our training sessions run for 45 minutes, with the first session starting at 5:00 pm and the last session at 8:00 pm. Our first training session for the upcoming season is TBA.
We try our best to have the younger teams train at the earlier times and the older age groups at the later training session times. All training session time slots are chosen by the coaches. We do not change time slots to suit players or parents.

Our current winter season fees are $300.00 per child for the season including finals.
(Please note that these fees are subject to change in the future)

Please note: Submitting this Expression of Interest does not complete your child’s registration. The registration process can only begin once a member of the Berwick Flames committee has contacted you, had a conversation about joining the club, and provided you with the official registration link.

We will be in touch as soon as registrations open and teams are being finalised.
Once you receive a link, the registration process is completed in two steps.
Registration requires completion of both the PlayHQ registration, which ensures your player is registered with Basketball Victoria, and a separate Berwick Flames club registration.
At the club registration stage, a NON REFUNDABLE $50 deposit will be required. You will then have the option to choose either an upfront payment or a seasonal payment plan for the remaining fees.

If you have any questions or need assistance regarding payments or payment plans, please contact our Berwick Flames Club Treasurer, Rachel. treasurer@berwickflames.com.au

For any other general inquiries please contact our Club Secretary, Sue at the following: secretary@berwickflames.com.au

Uniforms are purchased online through our suppliers page under Impact Sports for $100.00.
Limited stock is available for purchase of second-hand uniforms at a reduced price.

IMPORTANT: Once the summer season begins and your child takes the court for a club, they are committed to that club for the entire season. Clubs are unable to accept players who are already registered and playing for another club during the same season.
